From Erasmus+, I learned so much about robotics! I got to build real robots and make them move around. It was awesome to see how all the parts fit together and how I could control them. I never thought learning about robots could be this fun! |

One important moment during the robotics activities in Erasmus+ was when I finally got my robot to move for the first time. I had been working on it for a while, making sure all the wires and pieces were in the right place. When I pressed the button and saw it roll forward, I felt so proud and excited! It was like all my hard work paid off, and I knew I could do even more with robotics. It made me realize how cool and powerful technology can be. |

If I get the chance, I would definitely participate in another Erasmus+ project! It was so much fun and I learned a lot of new things, especially about building robots. I also made a lot of new friends from different countries and tried cool foods I've never had before. It was such an amazing experience, and I would love to do it all over again! |

Participating in an Erasmus+ project, like Robotics, gave my wings to fly, by offering me a wide range of learning opportunities. I gained so many things:
Academic and Professional Development 1. Subject-Specific Knowledge: Deepen my understanding in the field of Robotics. 2. Language Skills: Improved my proficiency in a foreign language, both in academic settings and in daily interactions. 3. International Work Experience: I have gained practical experience through collaborative projects with other European schools. 4. My school is a degraded and poor school in the city. It gave unique experiences and opportunities to our children, who for the first time had the opportunity to experience them. when asked what they would like to remember from the past year, everyone said Erasmus+. They all had one more reason to smile and be happy for the unique opportunities and moments they experienced.
What makes me the happiest is that I was "the reason" that the Program started at the School. I started a Program that the school had never had the opportunity to participate in before, with the result that all the students, but also the majority of the teachers, were involved in a first program for the first time. I feel lucky and blessed.

During this mobility we experienced a lot of different things. One of the most important, but also the funniest moments was the centrifuge. A space centrifuge experience involves using a rotating structure in space to simulate Earth-like gravity through centrifugal force. Everyone enjoyed it. We also really liked the Moon walk. It was a very fun experience.

We are very satisfied with it but we think that it still has space to improve, such as quality of food that we had in Euro space centre and because we slept with strangers in our rooms, instead of being with our group. And also because some groups had an option to redo some activities, such as rotot that we really liked but we couldn’t. But still those are small things that we think that should be corrected. There is also a lot of fun activities that we participated in. We loved every activity in Euro space center so that is why our rating so high, also animators explained everything very well and we learned a lot from this project. All in all, we loved it and would do it aganin if we had chance to. |

I participated in the activities organised by the Escola B + S Bispo D. Manuel Ferreira Cabral – Santana, Madeira. The students participated in the robotics workshops and promoted our school, culture and multiculturalism while getting together with the students from Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, North Macedonia, Spain, Turkey and Portugal. We visited Sao Jorge, Sao Vicente, Porto Moniz, Santa Cruz, Riberia Brava, Machico and admired the view from Cabo Girao. In the capital city of Madeira, Funchal we explored the Tropical garden, took the cable car ride viewing the city from above, got to know the Open market, and visited the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum. On the last day we visited the Madeira’s Theme Park in Santana.

I have worked with 7th and 8th grade students of the IB program in our school on three activities: 1) Designing an energy efficient house: an interdisciplinary project where students fully explored the energy efficiency and ways how to save resources, energy and money right in our home. They investigated the ways in which environment influences the house design and construction along with the energy-saving strategies in house design. They studied about the forms of energy and the alternative sources of energy. This leads to a strong understanding of how humans are responsible to create changes towards sustainable development. The student’s interdisciplinary task was to design an energy efficient house in a program for 3-D modelling.
2) Are electric cars the future: The students were expected to outline the major components of an electric vehicle and explain the environmental impact of driving electric cars instead of gas-powered cars. The students and teachers visited the automotive manufacturer that developed and produced electric cars (Rimac Factory) where they saw the electric cars Concept One and Nevera in the Showroom, watched the process of building the interior of a hypercar (Upholstery Department), got a closer look at the wiring harness that powered the Nevera, and explored many automotive technologies such as the machining, production of composites and components in the cars, battery production and vehicle assembly. They also assembled an electrical vehicle (model) and brainstormed the benefits and disadvantages of electric cars when compared to conventional gas-powered cars.
3) Why it is green to go veggie: project to raise awareness about environmental impacts of being a vegetarian or vegan (being a vegetarian can help slow climate change and its effects on the environment)

a) As a part of the project, I learned about the importance of incorporating technology and innovation into education, the importance of using technology for social good and how robotics can positively impact our lives and society. I gained valuable knowledge about integrating robotics into educational settings and how it can enhance the learning experience for students. I was able to see first-hand how educators in other countries are incorporating robotics into their curriculum and how it can be implemented effectively in the classroom to enhance learning in STEM and other subjects. In addition, I learned about different education systems, cultural practices, building relationships and networking within the community, and the importance of international collaboration and cultural exchange in addressing global challenges.
b) Socially, participating in the project allowed me to meet and collaborate with educators from various countries and exchange ideas on how robotics can be used as a tool for social impact and positive change. I also gained valuable knowledge about their cultures, traditions, lifestyles and education systems. It was a great opportunity to network and build relationships with like-minded colleagues who share similar interests while enhancing my intercultural competences and communication skills.
c) With my students, I learned how to facilitate their learning in real-world settings, expose them to new experiences and perspectives, and foster their independence and cultural competence. I also learned how to create meaningful learning opportunities outside of the classroom. The mobilities allowed my students to interact with peers from other countries, learn about different cultures, gain practical skills and hands-on experience with robotics technology. It also helped them develop important skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving, which are essential skills for the 21st century. It was rewarding to see the students immerse themselves in new cultures and interact with students from other countries, broadening their perspectives and expanding their sense of global citizenship. |

This experience was particulary enriching, as it allowed us to understand the level of development of robotics and its influence and importance in education and life. From a social point of view,it was extremely pleasant. Friendship bonds were created with other partners. It was possible to discover different realities, in architecture, culture and art. Cooperative learning is a very valid methodology for acquiring and improving skills . Students interacted with students from other countries, learning, analyzing and creating solutions to the challenges presented. |

They really enjoyed working on this project because they realized that there are no boundaries if we are open and willing to share. They learned the value of their responsibilities. This project also helped them develop their language skills. They learned about many web tools that they liked and continue to use. By working on the project, they gained self-confidence and independence. Working with children from other countries had a huge impact on them. |

I improved my practical skills to work with students and create a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom. I worked in a positive and supportive atmosphere and some of our international partners are now my friends. I am very proud and pleased to have been part of this project. |

All students participating in the project worked actively and achieved great results. They received a lot of new knowledge in the field of robotic technologies and Bulgaria's contribution to them. They understood how important and significant it is the protection of the environment and climate and how to make their personal contribution to protect the world they live in. They developed a lot of personal skills, improved their language skills, got to know different European cultures and had fun. All of them are ready with pleasure to be involved in other European projects and feel their belonging to the great European family.
